Soft skills – Improving your wellbeing in the workplace

Wellbeing is key to our enjoyment of life and our effectiveness at work. The soft skills session will be led by Richard Martin of byrne∙dean who will introduce you to the subject of mental health – to raise awareness of it and to help you think about its relevance to you and your workplace.

Legal skills – Brexit – picking out the wood from the trees

Much has been said and will be said about Brexit. It's difficult to separate fact from opinion and identify the key legal implications.

In this legal skills session, expert Brexit lawyers from Gowling WLG will identify the legal issues as a result of the Brexit vote and will discuss the anticipated impact on businesses. With a particular focus on the constitutional position post the Supreme Court decision and also the international trade law position.

Networking - The event will be followed by a drinks and networking session at 7:30 pm so that you can meet with other Aspire members and the speakers.
