Where a claimant shareholder is complaining that its joint venture company or the other shareholders in that company have failed to do something they have contractually promised to do, it may well ask for an order for specific performance of that obligation as a remedy. Where, as is perhaps more likely, the other shareholders have done, or are proposing to do, something in breach of the shareholders’ agreement, the claimant would presumably apply
