3: TRANSFERS

The proprietor of a registered title has power to make a disposition of the registered estate of any kind permitted by law1. The proprietor consequently has general power to transfer the registered estate in the land comprised in the proprietor’s title. However, to do so the proprietor must use one of the prescribed forms of transfer or assent2.
