84 Other corporations and overseas entities

| Commentary

A corporation (sole or aggregate) other than a company registered in England and Wales or Scotland1 may be registered as proprietor of land or a charge.

It is a requirement for any relevant overseas company holding qualifying estate2 in England and Wales to register
