169 The applicant’s convictions coming to light after the grant of a personal licence

| Commentary

Section 124 of the Licensing Act 2003 applies when a licensing authority1 has granted a personal licence2 and it becomes aware3 that the holder of the personal licence was convicted during the application period4 of any ‘relevant offence’ or a ‘foreign offence’ or was required to pay an ‘immigration penalty’ during the application period5.
