178 Powers of the licensing authority on becoming aware of convictions etc. of a personal licence holder

| Commentary

Subject to provisions relating to appeals, Section 132A of the Licensing Act 2003 applies where a licensing authority has granted a personal licence and becomes aware that the holder of the licence1 has (at any time before or after the grant) been convicted of a relevant offence or a foreign offence2 or, has been required to pay an immigration penalty3. Section 132A of the 2003 Act does not apply when the personal licence holder
