210 Review of premises licences following closure orders

| Commentary

Under Section 167 of the Licensing Act 2003 the relevant licensing authority1 is obliged to review a premises licence2 where:

  1. 210.1

        a magistrates’ court has made a closure order under Section 80 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, or the Crown Court has made a closure order on appeal under Section 84 of that Act in relation to premises in respect of which a premises licence has effect and the relevant licensing authority has accordingly received a notice under Section 80(9) or Section 84(7) of that Act3;
