A person commits an offence if:
(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý being required1 to comply with an attachment of earnings order, he fails to do so2; or
(2)ÌýÌýÌýÌý being required3 to give a notice to the effect that he does not employ the debtor or that the debtor has subsequently ceased to be in his employment, he fails
