What does Performer's property rights mean?

The performer's property rights are exclusive rights which initially belong to the performer, but may be transferred to others.

The performer's property rights include the reproduction right, the distribution right, the rental and lending right and the making available right. See Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, s 191A.
