47  Persons extradited to the United Kingdom

(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý A short-term or long-term prisoner is an extradited prisoner for the purposes of this section if—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý he was tried for the offence in respect of which his sentence was imposed—

(i)ÌýÌýÌýÌý after having been extradited to the United Kingdom; and

(ii)ÌýÌýÌýÌý without having first been restored
