85  Power to make consequential amendments

(1)     The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision that is consequential on any provision made by or under—

(a)     Parts 1 to 5,

(b)     section 68, . . . 70 or 71,

(c)     section 72 or Part 1 of Schedule
