The following fees are prescribed by the Non-Contentious Probate Fees Order 2004, SI 2004/3120 art 2 and Sch 1 as substituted by SI 2011/588. Where it is apparent that the payment of a fee would, in a particular case, involve undue hardship, the fee may be reduced or remitted.
