195 Persistently selling alcohol to children

| Commentary

Under Section 147A of the Licensing Act 20031 a person2 is guilty of an offence if:

  1. 195.1

        on two or more different occasions within a period of three consecutive months alcohol is unlawfully sold on the same premises to an individual who is under 18 years of age3;

  2. 195.2

        at the time of each sale the premises
