261 Insolvent partnerships with concurrent bankruptcy petitions

A petitioning creditor may choose to issue concurrent petitions against the partnership and at least one of the partners in it as an individual. Normally, in this situation, petitions are, in fact, issued against all current, and possibly some past, members of the partnership.
