This timeline tracks the development of the Prospectus Regulation 2017/1129 (EU Prospectus Regulation) from 2015 and the development of the Prospectus Directive 2003/71/EC from 2015 to 2017. It also tracks the onshoring of the EU Prospectus Regulation, and the development of Retained Regulation 2017/1129 (UK Prospectus Regulation), which applies in the UK as of IP completion day (31 December 2020).
