80  Inspection of children's homes etc by persons authorised by [the Appropriate National Authority]

(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý The [Appropriate National Authority] may cause to be inspected from time to time any—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý [private] children's home [in England];

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý premises in which a child who is being looked after by a local authority is living;

(c)ÌýÌýÌýÌý premises in which a child who is being accommodated by or on behalf of a [local authority in the exercise of education functions or a] or voluntary organisation is living;

(d)ÌýÌýÌýÌý premises in which a child who is being accommodated by or on behalf of a [[Local Health Board], Special Health Authority] °Ú.Ìý.Ìý.±Õ°Ú, National Health Service trust or NHS foundation trust] [or pursuant to arrangements made by the [Appropriate National Authority], [NHS England] or [an integrated care board] under the National Health Service Act 2006] is living;

(e)ÌýÌýÌýÌý . . .
