(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý Subject to subsection (2) below, this Part ([except sections 33A, 34A [and 35]] above) applies to persons committed to prison or to be detained under [section 108 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000]—
