(1)     In this Act “groupâ€, in relation to a person (“Aâ€), means A and any person who is—

(a)     a parent undertaking of A;

(b)     a subsidiary undertaking of A;

(c)     a subsidiary undertaking of a parent undertaking of A;

(d)     a parent undertaking
