61  Immigration bail

(1)     Schedule 10 (immigration bail) has effect.

(2)     In that Schedule—

(a)     Part 1 contains the main provisions about immigration bail, and

(b)     Part 2 contains amendments to other Acts.

(3)     A person may be released
