26  Consequential amendments, repeals and transitional provisions

(1)     . . .

(2)     Subject to the provisions of this section, the enactments specified in the Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of the Schedule; . . .

(3)     The repeal of the said enactment shall not affect their operation in relation to any application made thereunder (whether before or after the commencement of this Act)
