313  Crown application

(1)     In this section “the relevant provisions” means—

(a)     Parts 1 to 5,

(b)     sections 306, 307, 310, 311, 312, 314, 315, 318(4) and (5) and 322(5).

(2)     The relevant provisions apply to a pension scheme managed by or on behalf of the Crown as they apply to other pension
