[136A  Effect of attaining qualifying age for state pension credit]

[(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý Subsections (2) and (3) below apply in relation to housing benefit and council tax benefit in the case of any person who has attained the qualifying age for state pension credit.

(2)ÌýÌýÌýÌý Regulations may make provision for section 134(1) or any provision of section 136 above not to have effect in relation to those benefits in the case of any such person.

(3)ÌýÌýÌýÌý In relation to those benefits, regulations may make provision for the determination
