The House of Commons Treasury Committee has published correspondence with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), consisting of a letter from Dame Meg Hillier MP to FCA chief executive Nikhil Rathi on 19 December 2024, and the FCA's response on 20 January 2025. The correspondence follows up on a session discussing the FCA's pension scheme, the Board's 'red risk concerns', changes to enforcement activities, the 'Naming and shaming' consultation, and efforts to combat domestic financial abuse, particularly regarding joint mortgages.
