The Employment Tribunal office at Alexandra House in Manchester has been closed temporarily while HMCTS undertakes necessary building checks. With the support of the Regional Employment Judge, cases are being moved to remote hearings where possible or to another central location within Manchester. Users will receive an update from the Tribunal’s staff if their hearing venue is to change. No users should attend the building at Alexandra House until HMCTS advises further.
