38 Poland

8% rate

A reduced rate of VAT of 8% is applied in Poland to the following:

  1. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý Some food and agricultural products.

  2. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý Some products for farming.

  3. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý Some sanitary and health service related products.

  4. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý Some books, magazines and newspapers.

  5. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý Some medicines.
