The B4ROL Framework is a call to action and guide for businesses around the world in taking proactive, voluntary actions to support the rule of law in everyday operations and relationships. In September 2013, UUÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ and the Atlantic Council presented the initial draft of the Global Rule of Law Business Principles to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-moon, which served as the foundation for this effort. The launch tomorrow marks a pivotal moment in an almost two year journey and is cause for celebration among all of Legal & Professional, especially in this year that we commemorate 800 years of the Magna Carta. With outstanding commitment and support from our teams, we led more than half of the global consultation workshops that defined the final Framework—spanning Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific and North America.
